Latasia goes to great lengths to insure that only the finest quality materials are used to manufacture our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection within 60 days of purchase, send back the item for exchange or replacement with your original receipt of purchase.

After 60 days Latasia will gladly replace or repair your jewelry up to one full year. After one year, for a fee of $6, we will gladly repair your jewelry. Simply complete the return form and send your jewelry and original receipt back to us.

Latasia goes to great lengths to insure customer satisfaction. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, any lingerie item may be exchanged or returned for full merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt of the order. The original packaging and customer order form must accompany return. We regret that items misused or abused are NOT covered by the guarantee.
